Mentoring and Behavioral Services (MBS) provide our team members with individualized administrative support that handle all benefit confirmations, authorization acquisitions/renewals, and insurance credentialing and billing, to allow you to better focus on your passion, Applied Behavior Analysis! Paid training at $8.50 while training until RBT candidates and completing 40hr RBT course and pass exam.

40hr Registered Behavior Training course and RBT exam do have fees associated.

Full Practice Management - We take care of all billing and tracking of authorizations and certifications

Registered Behavioral Technicians work in homes, schools and office setting with families to improve a child's life through skill acquisition and increasing appropriate behaviors. Technicians support the child, family, and team members delivering interventions designed specifically for each unique individual. Behavioral technicians focuses on a variety of areas:

Following daily routines

Anger management and self-regulation

Building appropriate relationships/interactions with family members

Increasing effective communication skills

Appropriate peer relationships
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with children to increase positive behavior

Basic data collection

Daily notes and a monthly report

Implementation of behavior strategies

Assist parents and team members with behavior strategies
