Mentoring and Behavioral Services (MBS) provide our team members with individualized administrative support that handle all benefit confirmations, authorization acquisitions/renewals, and insurance credentialing and billing, to allow you to better focus on your passion, Applied Behavior Analysis! As part of our family, you will also maintain an individualized professional development plan, allowing you to generate your own personal goals and focus on your advancements and continuing education as a practitioner.

• Paid training at $8.50 while training until RBT candidates and completing 40hr RBT course and pass exam.

• 40hr Registered Behavior Training course and RBT exam do have fees associated.

• Significant collaboration via mentors and monthly clinical meetings

• Full Practice Management - We take care of all billing and tracking of authorizations and certifications

Registered Behavioral Technicians work in homes, schools and office setting with families to improve a child's life through skill acquisition and increasing appropriate behaviors. Technicians support the child, family, and team members delivering interventions designed specifically for each unique individual. Behavioral technicians focuses on a variety of areas:

• Following daily routines

• Independent living

• Anger management and self-regulation

• Building appropriate relationships/interactions with family members

• Increasing effective communication skills

• Appropriate peer relationships

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with children to increase positive behavior

• Basic data collection

• Daily notes and a monthly report

• Implementation of behavior strategies

• Assist parents and team members with behavior strategies
