Mentoring and Behavioral Services (MBS) provide our team members with individualized administrative support that handle all benefit confirmations, authorization acquisitions/renewals, and insurance credentialing and billing, to allow you to better focus on your passion, Applied Behavior Analysis! MBS offers our valued staff a supportive, progressive culture with superb training and uncompromising clinical standards.

  • Paid training at $8.50 while training until RBT candidates and completing 40hr RBT course and pass exam.

  • 40hr Registered Behavior Training course and RBT exam do have fees associated.

Registered Behavioral Technicians work in homes, schools and office setting with families to improve a child's life through skill acquisition and increasing appropriate behaviors. Technicians support the child, family, and team members delivering interventions designed specifically for each unique individual. Behavioral technicians focuses on a variety of areas:

  • Following daily routines

  • Independent living

  • Anger management and self-regulation

  • Building appropriate relationships/interactions with family members

  • Increasing effective communication skills

  • Appropriate peer relationships

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with children to increase positive behavior

  • Basic data collection

  • Daily notes and a monthly report

  • Implementation of behavior strategies

  • Assist parents and team members with behavior strategies
