Our Story
Since 2012, Mentoring and Behavioral Services has been dedicated to one mission: helping children with Autism reach their full potential while supporting the families who love them.
Where We Started
Mentoring and Behavioral Services was founded in 2012 with a simple but powerful belief — that every child deserves access to high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy, regardless of where they live. What began as a small practice has grown into a multi-state organization serving families across Alabama, Georgia, and Oklahoma.
Over more than a decade, we've built our reputation on clinical excellence, genuine relationships, and a deep commitment to the families we serve. We don't just provide therapy — we partner with parents and caregivers to create lasting change that extends far beyond the therapy room.
Today, MBS operates across three states and continues to grow — driven by the same values that guided us from day one.

Our Clinical Team
Our team is made up of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and support staff who share a common passion: making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
