Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-Time & Part-Time
Mobile AL | Columbus GA | Oklahoma City OK

Work one-on-one with children with Autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Implement individualized ABA therapy programs in clinic, home, and school settings. No prior experience required — we provide full training.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • RBT certification preferred but not required — we will train you

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time
Mobile AL | Columbus GA | Oklahoma City OK

Lead clinical programming for a caseload of children with Autism. Conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools. Join a team that values clinical excellence and work-life balance.

  • BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  • Experience designing and supervising ABA programs
  • Strong communication and family collaboration skills
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the applicable state
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based practice

Our RBT Training Program

Not sure if you're qualified? If you have a heart for helping children and the drive to learn, we'll take care of the rest. Our in-house RBT training program walks you through everything you need to become a Registered Behavior Technician — at no cost to you. You'll receive hands-on mentorship from experienced BCBAs and be fully prepared to sit for your certification exam.

  • 40-hour training curriculum covered by MBS
  • Exam fees reimbursed upon passing
